Looks like I made this account for nothing, since I used it for commenting lol :XD: Plus I also don't like this new nick anymore. So, sorry ppl, another (I swear, the last) change: I move back to :iconwillis-xiii:.

Welcome, welcome! ^^
In general, watchers only get notified, if they checked the 'scraps' checkbox when they clicked on the watch button. I personally care about this, I always watch my friends' scraps too, not just the main gallery.
